Had the pleasure of an extended residency way back in 1988, loved the woodwork, like it hadn't been touched since the 1930s, everything had a certain patina to it that comes with time and care.

So let me break this down for you. You can pay 1k a month for 1bd, electricity, non- gaming internet, availability to laundry room (wash and dry less than $5). Mail and amazon right to the. Desk, maid cleaning service.Shower and bathroom will be on the same hall. No deposit, however, this comes at the cost of shoddy neighbors, in the center of Capitol homeHILless. Staff was great! I will return. ( even if it's just to ask the receptionist out on a date).

Very kind and understanding people who work at the front desk and great view of Downtown and the Capitol!!! Was very happy they let me take my time with checking out so I wouldn't forget nothing by rushing out too fast and would return if I was ever in the area again.

I stayed here a few weeks after moving to Denver and trying to find a place to live. Overall I really liked it and was happy with the staff and rooms! I felt comfortable living there while I did and felt safe. The other residences were all kind and the staff was very helpful. No it’s not as fancy as a hotel, there’s shared bathrooms but I never had an issue not having a bathroom to use. They were all cleaned often and were open for use 9 times out of 10. The rooms are spacious and have dressers and closets for items and personal sinks and mirrors. There’s no tvs in the rooms which wasn’t an issue but they do have a tv room and vending machines at good prices. I absolutely loved the old school vending machines! Really just a cool building overall with a lot of history. Downsides- Smoking is allowed so it’s kinda musty I guess you could say. I feel like it needs a bit of a deep cleaning. Kitchen was fine except I’d often have to share kitchen space. No actual oven but there’s burners and a little toaster oven. Carpets could be kept up a bit more. And location to me was fine but I’m sure to some it could seem sketchy. I never had any issues though being a young female. I’m super happy with the experience and I’m glad me and my boyfriend stayed there. It was a big help for us with the price and weekly rates. And it was just a pretty cool experience staying there. Would recommend! Thank you guys!!

In the heart of Denver, close to everything, all within a half mile walking distance. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and courteous. For 60$ a room it's way better then a motel 6 and your in a historic building and area. If you have pets there very welcoming and there's lots of walking for them.

The staff are all great people. Clean and comfortable rooms, weekly room cleaning and clean bedding plus amenities. But the location is the best. Great place to stay while rebuilding your life.

This hotel is right at the edge of a sketchy area, but it is also within walking distance of everything there is to do downtown. It's very pet friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great, really big, 24 hour TV/library room of which I have very fond memories of watching television with my kids. I also completed two semesters of college in that room, as we were long-term residents. I miss this place. I will cherish the memories I have of staying there, which is something I could never say about staying at Extended Stay America.

Ash is very helpful and informative. I feel she goes above and beyond to answer all your questions and concerns. I felt comfortable with her the moment I met her. Great person!!!
